To provide a tube support plate (200) disposed in a steam generator, in w hich the pressure loss is reduced and which has a sufficient strength. A lar ge number of through holes (100) for passing heat conduction tubes (210) the rethrough are formed in the tube support plate (200). The through holes (100 ) are formed in a hexagonal shape. Projecting parts (100a, 100b, 100c) are f ormed on the alternate sides (102, 104, 106) of the sides forming the hexago nal shape. The through holes (100) are arranged in a honeycomb pattern. Cons equently, the strength of the tube support plate can be kept while reducing the pressure loss by increasing the area of the opening of each through hole (100).
