<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive analog broadcast, without being affected by the noise generated from a component for receiving digital broadcast. <P>SOLUTION: Broadcast wave is received by using a digital related portion 2, which demodulates and outputs a signal supplied from a digital broadcast receiving portion 9; an analog related portion 3 which demodulates and outputs a signal supplied from an analog broadcast receiving portion 10; a power supply 4 for supplying power to the digital related portion 2 and the analog related portion 3; and a control portion 5 for controlling the operation of the digital related portion 2 and the analog related portion 3. The control portion 5 stops supply of power from the power supply 4 to the digital related portion 3, when analog broadcast wave is received. Specifically, when analog broadcast wave is received, the control portion 5 stops supply of power from the power supply 4 to a display portion 24 and/or a digital processing portion 22, or to a DC-DC converter 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
