<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast signal retransmitter which transfers a digital broadcast signal using an IP (Internet Protocol) circuit, and smoothly retransmit the broadcast signal. <P>SOLUTION: A receiving device 1 receives the digital broadcast signal, and transfers MPEG2-TS (MPEG-Transport Stream) packets to an OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex) modulator 2 through the IP circuit. The device 2 is composed by comprising a TS buffer circuit 200 which stores the TS packets, a transfer rate calculating means 201 which calculates a transfer rate based on PCR (Program Clock Reference) of the TS packets, a frequency generation circuit 202 which generates a reproduction rate clock frequency of the TS buffer circuit 200 based on the transfer rate in order to retransmit the transferred broadcast signal. The device 2 is provided with a PCR extraction circuit 204 which extracts the PCR; an STC (System Time Clock) counter 205; a 27 MHz oscillator 206; and an error detecting circuit 207 which detects an error of the reproduction rate clock frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
