<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to reduce water covering the cathode surface of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell module 10 is equipped with a cell unit 18 having an electrolyte membrane 12, a cathode 14 installed on one face of the electrolyte membrane 12, and an anode 16 installed on the other face of the electrolyte membrane 12, and a moisture storing part 20 for storing moisture formed by the cathode 14.
