<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip of a writing implement which can be easily gripped by allowing projections 1A of an inner grip 1 and an outer grip 2 to elastically deform when the outer grip 2 is held by forming an appropriate space part between the surface of the inner grip 1 and the inside of the outer grip 2. <P>SOLUTION: The grip attached to a portion for holding the writing implement is constituted of a two-layer structure of the inner grip 1 consisting of a soft material and the outer grip 2 consisting of a soft material. A plurality of projections 1A extending in the longitudinal direction are formed on the surface of the inner grip 1, and the appropriate space part is formed between the surface of the inner grip 1 and the inside of the outer grip 2.
