<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a development cartridge capable of excellently performing reading and writing of information to a storage element arranged in a casing in a composition for movably providing the casing in an image forming apparatus body in order to contact/separate a developer carrier to/from an image carrier. <P>SOLUTION: The development cartridge regards at least one of a push projection 222 for inputting a push pressure for bringing a development roller 33 into contact with a photosensitive drum 27 in a push state and a separation projection 209 for inputting separation force for separating the development roller 33 from the photosensitive drum 27 as a terminal connected electrically to a memory chip 223 arranged in the development cartridge 25. For example, when the push projection 222 is used as a terminal, the connection of the push projection 222 and a body terminal is surely attained in inputting the push pressure if being in contact with the push projection 222 to regard a member for inputting the push pressure as the body terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
