<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microlens sheet in which unit lens groups are provided side by side with a high-accuracy pitch of ≤200 μm and which is capable of controlling the emission direction (range) of display light by a lens part, so as to make the emission direction a wide visual range, as an effective lens sheet used for an image display screen for a rear projection type projection TV, a light transmission body in various display devices using illumination light by a built-in light source and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The microlens sheet is designed so that the range of light beam emission angle by each unit lens is ≥±30° with respect to a normal to the main plane of the microlens sheet and the range of horizontal spherical aberration caused by each unit lens is 0%< horizontal spherical aberration/lens diameter ≤50% with respect to the lens diameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
