MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL, LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a reflection type or semitransmission type liquid crystal display panel provided with a reflection plate, by which a yellowish substrate in a reflection part is not manufactured by making the surface state of the substrate before sputtering of a reflection plate forming material uniform.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the liquid crystal display panel having the reflection plate includes the following steps (1) to (3). The step (1) for heating an interlayer film formed on the substrate and composed of an organic insulating material up to a predetermined temperature to degas the same. The step (2) for cooling the substrate obtained in the step (1). The step (3) for forming the reflection plate by a sputtering method on the surface of the interlayer film of the substrate obtained in the step (2). The surface state of the manufactured reflection plate is made smooth and fluctuation of the color tone of the liquid crystal display panel having the obtained reflection plate is reduced.
