REFLECTIVE POLARIZER, OPTICAL MEMBER, AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective polarizer which is relatively easy to manufacture and hardly brings about problems such as interlayer exfoliation, an optical member which is capable of enhancing the light use efficiency of liquid crystal display devices by using the reflective polarizer, and a liquid crystal display device.

SOLUTION: The reflective polarizer uses fibers (A) having a specific cross-sectional shape and a specific island structure and a specific optical transparent resin (B) and has the fibers (A) arranged in almost the same direction.
