<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated filter for reducing the peeling of an inductor section from a varistor section and suppressing the deterioration of high-frequency characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminated filter 1, the inductor section 7 and a varistor laminating section 9 are arranged so as to form an interface P. Varistor layers 8<SB>1</SB>to 8<SB>4</SB>mainly comprise ZnO, and contain at least one kind of an element selected from a group consisting of Pr and Bi, Co and Al as additives. Inductor layers 6<SB>1</SB>to 6<SB>9</SB>mainly comprise ZnO and do not contain Co and Al substantially. An inductor diffusion layer 6D contains Li, inductor conductor sections 12<SB>1</SB>to 12<SB>8</SB>are arranged 20μm or more distant from the interface P, and varistor conductor sections 16 and 17 are disposed 40μm or more distant from the interface P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
