PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure securing the endurance life of a mold, capable of being easily subjected to design change, and surely providing a baffle 3a with a sufficient strength. SOLUTION: Firstly, a synthetic-resin tank body 1a, which is not provided with the baffle body 3a, is molded. The baffle body 3a separate from the tank body 1a is molded from the same material as a material for the tank body 1a. After that, a part of an inner peripheral surface of the tank body 1a, and a one-side surface of a flange portion 5 of the baffle body 3a are heated and melted by a heater 6. The one-side surface of the flange portion 5 of the baffle body 3a is pressed against a part of the inner peripheral surface of the tank body 1a, so that the baffle body 3a can be fusion-bonded to the tank body 1a.
