<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector wherein printed boards disposed in parallel with each other are easily connected to each other, and insulation between contacts is improved. <P>SOLUTION: This connector 10 is composed of a pair of receptacles 11 mounted to the two printed boards disposed in parallel with each other, and connecting members 12 connected to respective receptacles 11. First and second board contacts 16 are provided in the receptacle 11, and a pair of holders 17 connected to the receptacles 11 and first and second connecting contacts 18, 19 held between the holders 17 are provided in the connecting member 12. Respective holders 17 are combined with the receptacles 11 in the thickness direction of the printed boards P1, P2.
