PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansive admixure and cement composition capable of imparting expandability equal to or higher than that by an amount of addition of the conventional expansive admixure to expansive admixure without giving rise to a pop-out phenomenon, and a cement hardened body using the same. SOLUTION: There are provided: the expansive admixure containing a hydraulic compound of one or two or more kinds selected from the group consisting of free lime, gypsum anhydride, heuynite, calcium silicate, and calcium alumino-ferrite and having a maximum grain size of≤300μm and a Blaine ratio surface area of≤3,500 cm<SP>2</SP>/g; the cement composition containing the expansive admixure containing the free lime at 10 to 70 parts in 100 parts expansive admixure and the cement composition containing cement and the expansive admixure; and the cement hardened body constituted by using the cement composition.
