PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information delivery service system which accumulates image information in a compact image file linked with position information. SOLUTION: A vehicle side system has an imaging section of a dynamic image outside of vehicle; a position information acquisition section of a current position; and a radio communications section which transmits the photographed image data and the position information to outside the vehicle. An information delivery service center side system has a data receiving section 231 which receives transmitted photographed image data and position information; a route reference line database 252 in which route section data, crossing section data, outside route zone data and virtual reference line data which sections each data are recorded; a reference line search section 211 which searches for a reference line from the database and receiving position information; an image data file split section 213 which splits photographed image data based on the reference line data to make a video file; and an image data file storage 210 which stores split video files in a video file database 253.
