摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument capable of restraining the detection results of reflection angles from being useless. SOLUTION: A plurality of kinds of analyte solution and buffer liquid are continuously supplied to the adhesion region of protein Ta on a thin film 57 formed on a dielectric block 52 in such a manner that the analyte solution and the buffer liquid are alternately supplied for each analyte solution as one measurement unit. The distribution information which indicates the light intensity distribution of an optical beam totally reflected at the interface of the dielectric block 52 and the thin film 57 is acquired. Each reflection angle where a dark line is generated in the light intensity distribution indicated by the plurality of acquired distribution information is detected. When the reflection angle where the dark line is generated with supplying the buffer liquid is out of an allowable range, the reflection angle with supplying the buffer liquid of the other measurement units within the allowable range is used instead, and the angle difference of the reflection angles where the dark line is generated with supplying the analyte solution and supplying the buffer liquid is derived.
