SOLUTION: In an optical disk drive, a tracking control part 107 is provided with a limiter circuit 304 for correcting a first tracking error signal in recording and reproducing information to/from a first information recording layer that includes an area of a first information recording layer facing an information-unrecorded area of a second information recording layer, and an area of the first information recording layer facing an information-recorded area of the second information recording layer, which performs tracking control on the basis of a corrected first tracking error signal and a corrected second tracking error signal.
