PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish miniaturization and weight saving in a bending type wave transmitter/receiver for providing a plate-like vibrator combined a driving vibrator to be vibrated accompanied by elasticity, caused by addition of an electrical signal with a sound wave radiating vibrator that radiates sound waves, after generating bending vibration driven by the driving vibrator. SOLUTION: The bending-type transmitter/receiver 15 is integrated so as to form a hexagonal shape prismatic body in which, for example, all of upper ends and lower ends of six plate-like vibrators 1a to 1f are respectively sandwiched by an upper lid 3 and a lower lid 4 via shock-absorbing materials 2a, 2b, and the hexagonal shape prismatic body is further sandwiched by a stepped bolt 5, which is inserted so as to penetrate the interior of the hexagonal shape prismatic body, together with the upper lid 3 and the lower lid 4, and nuts 6a, 6b which are screwed into both end portions of the stepped bolt 5.
