PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthopedic implant capable of adjusting a crossing angle between an axial body and a plate to the bone structure of a patient easily. SOLUTION: The orthopedic implant comprises the axial body 30 introduced into the bone, the plate 40 fixed to the outer surface of the bone, a connecting part 22, a pressing member 43 which is arranged opposingly to the connecting part 22 mounted on a structure 20 selected from the axial body and the plate and is supported by the other structure 40 so that the pressing member is movable in the touching or parting direction with respect to the connecting part 22, a lever 44 pivoted pivotally on the other structure and having a cam 44a that presses the pressing member onto the connecting part in a first pivoting position and releases the pressing member in a second pivoting position, and holding structures 44b, 45 and 41d for holding the lever in the first pivoting position.
