<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction device for a sensor capable of correcting properly a temperature drift by simple constitution, and capable of reducing a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: This projector 1 of the present invention is provided with an acceleration sensor 12, and a correction means 16 for the sensor. The acceleration sensor 12 is constituted of a measuring axis X with a measured value variable in response to a change of an inclination condition of the projector 1, and a measuring axis Y with a measured value not changed by the change of the inclination condition of the projector 1. The correction means 16 for the sensor is provided with a static measured value acquiring part 161, a dynamic measured value acquiring part 162, and a correction means. The static measured value acquiring part 161 acquires a measured value concerned in the measuring axis Y from the acceleration sensor 12. The dynamic measured value acquiring part 162 acquires a measured value concerned in the measuring axis X from the acceleration sensor 12.
