<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double row roller bearing capable of increasing the grease enclosing amount inside the bearing and effectively supplying the enclosed grease to rolling elements. <P>SOLUTION: By forming a recessed part 26a on the outer peripheral face of a spacer 26, the amount of grease enclosed in a space of the outer periphery of the spacer 26 can be increased. By disposing a grease retaining member 50 for retaining the grease on the inside with its inner diameter end in close contact with the outer peripheral face of the spacer 26 on the outer periphery of the recessed part 26a, the grease can be retained in a space B formed by the grease retaining member 50 and the recessed part 26a of the spacer 26.
