REPORTER CONSTRUCT FOR DETECTING NOTCH SIGNAL TRANSMISSION IN HIGH SENSITIVITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening system that has high detection accuracy and performs accurate screening and a screening system that measures an endogenous Notch signal transmission system.

SOLUTION: The nucleic acid molecule comprises at least three RBP-Jκ binding sequences in which the RBP-Jκ binding sequence is TGGGAA. The method for screening a substance for adjusting a Notch signal transmission system comprises (a) a process for bringing cells that contain the nucleic acid molecule and a reporter protein encoding sequence operably connected to a promoter sequence and expresses an endogenous Notch protein or a constructionally active Notch protein into contact with a candidate substance and (b) a process for assaying the expression amount of the reporter protein in the cells.
