PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processor and a program for improving the efficiency of diagnosis.

SOLUTION: An operator who performs the correcting operation or image processing operation of a medical image and incidental information is specified and generated as operator information. This operator information is made incident to the medical image as an image inspector information. Thus, it is possible for a browser of the medical image to easily specify an image inspector from the incidental information.
