<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a server provider and a user to display a two-dimensional image of a display rack for displaying a commodity or the commodity as a commodity display image by three-dimensional CG on a user terminal through a network, and simulate an optimum commodity display form by three-dimensional CG by pasting or rearranging the display rack and the commodity. <P>SOLUTION: The system for forming a commodity display simulation image by three-dimensional CG comprises a data processing control part A, a data server B and a database C which area provided on the service provider side. Each terminal D on the user side that is an image formation requester and/or an image former, is connected to the data server B through a network N of the Internet or the like.
