<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person who has permitted the usage right of usage property to be used for equipment to manage a person who has acquired the usage right. <P>SOLUTION: (α) The person acquiring prepares a usage list in which the intrinsic numbers of equipment are written. (β) The person permitting stores the usage list. (γ) Afterwards, the person acquiring prepares an execution list in which the intrinsic numbers of equipment claiming the usage of usage property are written. (δ) The person permitting compares the intrinsic numbers of the equipment written in the usage list with the intrinsic number of the equipment written in the execution list.
