<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio-controlled timepiece capable of performing correction operation of a UTC time, even in the case of moving to a transmission area transmitting a standard electric wave which is different from a transmission area of a standard electric wave at a preceding time correction time, or the like, when displaying the UTC time. <P>SOLUTION: When selecting a coordinated universal time by a selection part 8, a time correction part 6 is set so that all the plurality of standard electric waves are received, and corrects at least either of a time outputted from a universal time output part 5 and a time clocked by a reference time clocking part 4 based on a standard electric wave received successfully for the first time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
