<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start running of an electric vehicle with enhanced energy efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This electric driving control device has: an electric machine mechanically connected to an engine 11 and a driving wheel 37; a battery 43 for supplying power to the electric machine; charging circuits 65, 66 selectively connected to a power supply of a charging facility, for charging the battery 43; and a warm-up control processing means warming up a target device by supplying power to the prescribed target device from at least one of the battery 43 and the power supply of the charging facility in prescribed timing before starting the running of the electric vehicle.
