<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat maintaining structure for bath water in which difference of temperature of water in the bathtub is reduced when maintaining heat, and comfortable temperature is always maintained in whole bathtub. <P>SOLUTION: In the bath in which a bath boiler 1 and a bathtub 2 are connected with circulation pipes 3, 4, a warm water pipe 5 is built in a wall around bathtub 2. The inlet port side of the warm water pipe 5 is connected to a circulation pipe 3 of the warm water supply side, and an outlet port side of the warm water pipe 5 is connected to the circulation pipe 4 of the warm water return side. Solenoid valves 6, 7 are installed in both connection parts, and a pump 8 is arranged at a conduit line downstream of the solenoid valve 6 of the inlet port side connection part of the warm water pipe 5.
