<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power saving system for a wireless sensor network capable of reducing a communication data amount and the number of transmitting times and performing the power saving of a battery by shortening an RF communication time being a factor of power consumption and accordingly shortening a CPU processing time during communication. <P>SOLUTION: The power saving system for a wireless sensor network includes a network configuration by multi-stage connection used in a wide range space, configured by providing one gateway node (GN) as a top and connecting a router node (RN) having a relay function or a sensor node (SN) having no relay function at its subordinate position, wherein each node is given a unique address which is determined by the number of maximum slave nodes (C<SB>max</SB>), the number of maximum routers (R<SB>max</SB>) and the number of maximum hops (D<SB>max</SB>) for communication by radio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
