<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost, high-precision optical sheet which has a repetitive array structure of unit lenses or lens prisms. <P>SOLUTION: The optical sheet 38 used for lighting optical path control over a back light unit for display has a transparent base material 39 formed in a thin-film shape, a plurality of unit lenses 44 disposed on one surface 39b of the transparent substrate 39 in stripes in parallel, and a light reflective layer 48 disposed on the other surface 39a of the transparent base material 39, formed of photolysis resin containing white pigment, and having a light reflecting function.
