<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inspecting a nozzle capable of accurately inspecting an abnormality of the nozzle without an accuracy of mounting position deteriorated. <P>SOLUTION: The method for inspecting the nozzle of a mounting head of a component mounting device comprises the steps of providing the nozzle to cover an opening of a hole so that a nozzle opening of the nozzle for sucking or exhausting an air and an opening of the air hole provided at the nozzle-front-edge checking part are communicated (a step S55), sucking or exhausting the air by the nozzle and measuring an air mass flow at the hole when sucking or exhausting the air by the nozzle (a step S56). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
