PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable electrical and electronic control device for a bicycle and the bicycle equipped with the device. SOLUTION: This control device 1 for the bicycle is provided with a support body 2, at least one electric switch 46 and an actuation element 24 and a manual actuation member 10 corresponding to the electric switch 46, respectively. A transmission mechanism 13, 20 arranged between the manual actuation member 10 and the actuation element 24 to transmit at least one electrical and electronic control signal to at least one bicycle device is provided.
