PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily extract relevant operation result information even when operation result of an automatic call distribution apparatus used by a large-scale call center, etc. in which a plurality of terminating calls simultaneously occur, are divided into a plurality of management elements for management. SOLUTION: A call control unit 12 distributes terminating calls from communication lines L1 to Ln to reception boards U1 to Uj according to a call control condition stored in a routing table 11, and at the same time, transmits control content information showing control contents for the terminating calls to an operation result management device 2. If it is recognized that a terminating call terminates at an automatic distribution device 1 based on the control content information, an operation result storing unit 21 creates a call identification number which uniquely identifies the terminating call. Moreover, when the operation result storing unit 21 stores the operation result information of respective management elements (communication lines L1 to Ln, reception boards U1 to Uj, etc.) in tables prepared for the respective kinds of management elements based on the control content information, it adds the call identification number for storage.
