PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for suppressing call transmission and termination to a wireless IP telephone terminal in a wireless LAN. SOLUTION: A probe request emitted by the wireless IP telephone terminal 7 is received in a reception part S31 and is demodulated as reception data by a demodulation processing part S32. A management frame extraction part S41 extracts a management frame from the reception data. The judgement part S42 of a probe request analysis flow part S4 recognizes the frame control field from the management frame and judges whether or not the fourth to seventh bits of the frame control fields are 0100. When the judged result indicates that they are 0100, it is judged as the frame of the probe request, and a high frequency current 11 is generated for the prescribed time in the suppression radio wave generation part S51 of a suppression radio wave transmission flow part S5. It is transmitted from an antenna 2 as suppression radio waves. Since the suppression radio waves have the same frequency as the radio waves including the probe request transmitted to an access point 6 and function as interference radio waves, the call transmission and termination is suppressed.
