PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide member and an electronic device provided with the light guide member, which securely guide light from a plurality of light sources respectively to corresponding illumination parts, and absorb an error of a dimension in manufacturing without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: Audio-video equipment as the electronic device comprises a case 2, LEDs 19 as a plurality of light sources, and the light guide member 30 for guiding the light from the plurality of the LEDs 19 respectively to an outside of the case 2. The light guide member 30 comprises a plurality of light guide parts 31 and a connection part 35 for connecting the light guide parts 31 adjacent to each other. The plurality of the light guide parts 31 comprise light receiving parts 32 arranged at intervals from each other, for receiving the light from the LEDs 19 to light guide part main bodies 34 of the light guide parts 31, and the illumination parts 33 for emitting light to an external. The connection part 35 includes a plurality of bent parts 35a, 35b, 35c for preventing light from transmitting between the adjacent light guide parts 31, and displacing the respective light guide parts 31.
