PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a roundness of a back yoke due to processing of teeth from interferring a corner portion of a hole of the back yoke in a connection portion between the teeth and the back yoke. SOLUTION: Each of portions embedded in the back yoke 1024a of a plurality of teeth 1024b is made narrower than the other portions that are not embedded in the back yoke 1024a, and a first insulator 1051 for insulating the back yoke 1024a from the coil 1023 is embedded between the teeth 1024b and the back yoke 1024a.
