PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly restore the coherent loss state of security association. SOLUTION: This communication equipment is provided with a key management device for managing security association including key information to be used for security communication; a detection device for detecting that any abnormality is generated in traffic for performing security communication; a first storage device for storing the identification information of security association to be used by traffic and the address of destination communicated in the case of setting the security association; and a state management device for detecting that the coherent loss of the security association to be identified based on the identification information stored in the first storage device has been detected by the key management device, and for communicating with the destination having the address stored in the first storage device, and for instructing the key management device to reset the security association.
