PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a suitable correction amount irrelevantly to the kind of an output color space. SOLUTION: The image processor includes: a statistic acquiring means for acquiring a statistic being a predetermined statistic of input image data and represented in a predetermined output color space; a target value converting means for acquiring a target value for the statistic which is defined in an equipment-dependent color space and converting the target value into information in the output color space; and a correction amount determining means for determining a correction amount for the input image data by comparing the statistic that the statistic acquiring means acquires with the information subjected to the conversion.
