PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable handling device which is strong against stress such as pulling even if a cable for connection with an earphone or a control box is not bundled. SOLUTION: A cable 7 has outer circumference covering a plurality of insulated core wires 7a. Coating of the cable 7 is stripped partially to expose the core wires 7a.
