PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a general-purpose cap with a towel, which is variously used in towel by a way how to attach a towel to a cap according to a weather condition on each occasion in outdoor agricultural operation, building operation, sport, sport watching etc. SOLUTION: The cap with a towel is provided with a pair of right and left rear attaching and detaching tools R and L at the rear part of the cap and adjacently a pair of right and left front attaching and detaching tools r and l at the front part. A pair of middle attaching and detaching tools 1 and 2 to be attached to and detached from the rear attaching and detaching tools R and L are fixed at the middle of one long side of the towel T to be attached to and detached from the cap. Since a pair of front attaching and detaching tools 3 and 4 to be attached to and detached from the front attaching and detaching tools r and l are fixed to positions corresponding to the front of the cap, a long side 9 at the upper side of the towel is wound from the rear on the outer periphery of the cap C and fixed. Consequently, the part of wearer except the face is covered with the towel T.
