PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce displacement of an axis even when a lens with a short vertical width is processed. SOLUTION: In this processing device, after a lens, to which a cup is mounted, is held by a chuck shaft and coarse-processed, it is finish-processed based on a spherical die. After the lens, to which a large-diameter cup protruded from the spherical die is mounted, is coarse-processed, set means of a processing mode changes to a small-diameter cup. Calculation means calculates coarse-processing locus data based on a first locus made larger by a predetermined processing tolerance relative to the spherical die when the processing mode is set, and second locus set to a distance for restraining displacement of the axis even when changing to the small-diameter cup at radius vector length larger than the large-diameter cup from a cup mounting center position. After the lens, to which the large-diameter cup is mounted, is coarse-processed based on the locus data, processing is interrupted. Then, the lens changed to the small-diameter cup, is finish processed based on the spherical die or the remaining area outside the first locus is coarse-processed and then finish processed based on the spherical die.
