PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet with excellent weatherability, solvent resistance, processability and scuff resistance. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has at least a pattern printing layer, a transparent resin layer, a primer layer and a surface protective layer on a substrate. The substrate comprises a polyolefin resin, and the primer layer comprises a polycarbonate urethane acrylic copolymer and an acrylic polyol, and the mass ratio of the polycarbonate urethane acrylic copolymer and an acrylic polyol is 8:2-2:8. The surface protective layer is a crosslinked and cured product of an electron beam-curable resin composition. An ultraviolet ray absorber and a light stabilizer consisting of respectively hydroxyphenyltriazine compounds with specified structures are incorporated in the primer layer and the surface protective layer. In addition, the decorative sheet exhibits a tensile elongation equal to or more than 10% in the tensile test measured based on JIS K 7127 of the surface protective layer.
