The invention concerns a toilet installation ( 1 ) for receiving and evacuating human excretions with a chamber ( 4 ) for the excretions, into which these are delivered, and an outlet ( 3 ), which is attached to the chamber, wherein the toilet installation is usable both as water closet and as urinal and wherein a device ( 12, 13 ) is provided, by means of which the chamber is at least partly enlargeable in the vertical direction, such that the chamber can serve as urinal. This device is integrated after a further aspect of the invention into a toilet lid-toilet seat arrangement.
