A feeding method, system and device are provided. The method comprises: c ollecting subscriber loop-line information correlative with the subscriber l oop-line; calculating the suited voltage value for the subscriber loop-line based on the subscriber loop-line information, and outputting the voltage in formation indicating the voltage to the power converter; outputting the outp ut voltage corresponding to the voltage value to the subscriber loop-line by the power converter (110), according to the received voltage information. T he system includes multiple feeding managing systems and a power converter t hat connects to the feeding managing systems and supplies the voltage to the subscriber loop-line via the feeding managing systems. A feeding system and communication device are also provided.
