<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double raschel knit fabric having an antislip material composed of a foamed synthetic resin film, exhibiting antislip function and cushioning function and resistant to the peeling off from the surface of the double raschel knit fabric. <P>SOLUTION: The double raschel knit fabric is composed of a front cloth, a back cloth and connecting yarns to connect the front cloth and the back cloth. The front cloth and/or the back cloth have a mesh texture having nearly hexagonal or nearly rhombic through-holes. The foamed synthetic resin film is formed in a state to almost encircle the knit yarn constituting the mesh texture. A void is formed between the surface of the knit yarn and the foamed synthetic resin film. There is no synthetic resin film at the part of the through-hole constituting the mesh texture.
