<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic stainless steel showing excellent heat resistance steadily for a long period in a wide temperature range of 750 to 900°C and containing Mo which is expensive in a lower content than that in SUS444 which has a Mo content of about 2% as a material having excellent heat resistance under a thermal environment which contains an exhaust gas having a temperature up to 750 to 900°C. <P>SOLUTION: The ferritic stainless steel sheet having excellent heat resistance is characterized by comprising the following components (by mass): C: 0.01% or less, N: 0.02% or less, Si: 0.05-1%, Mn: 0.1-2%, Cr: 10-30%, Mo: 0.1-1%, Cu: 1-2%, Nb: 0.2-0.7%, Ti: 0.01-0.3% and B: 0.0002-0.0050%, with the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities, and having a 0.2% bearing force of 70 MPa or more at 750°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
