<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device that can communicate data to an external device through wired connection or wireless connection and is usable in an underwater environment, the photographing device securing excellent operability by automatically setting an operation mode of suitable photographic conditions according to a use environment. <P>SOLUTION: The photographing device which can be used underwater includes a photographing means of photographing a subject, a recording means of recording image data acquired by the photographing means, a wireless communication means of transmitting and receiving information by making a wireless connection with the external device, and an underwater detecting means of detecting the photographing device being under water by transmitting and receiving radio signals by the wireless communication means, and stops transmitting and receiving information to and from the external device through the wireless communication means when the underwater detecting means detects the photographing device is under water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
