<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method of synchronizing time between wireless nodes capable of accurately synchronizing time, without being affected by communication delay, or the like, and to provide a wireless network system that uses it. <P>SOLUTION: The method synchronizes time between the wireless nodes. A wireless node 3 for synchronization time broadcasts a neighbor investigation packet. Neighbor wireless nodes 4, 5, 6 which have received the neighbor investigation packet return a neighbor response packet. The wireless node selects an intervening wireless node, based on the neighbor response packet so as to transmit an intervention request packet. The neighbor wireless node which has received the intervention request node broadcasts a time recording request packet. The wireless node which has received the time recording request packet records the reception time. The neighbor wireless node which has received the time recording request packet records the reception time and transmits a time notifying packet to the wireless node, when the packet is specified to a host neighbor wireless node.
