摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing equipment for an optical device, in which the position of a light modulator can be adjusted with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 40 constituting the manufacturing equipment is provided with: a pattern forming section 433 which uses the light modulator to form a focusing pattern in which each pixel located in a first rectangular area centering on the center position in the image forming area of the light modulator is set to predetermined brightness; a rough focusing section 4351 which drive-controls a position adjustment device, on the basis of each luminance value in each pixel in each picked-up image picked up by a four corners area imaging section and moves the light modulator to a position where the four corners area of the focusing pattern in each picked-up image is focused; and a fine focusing section 4352 which drive-controls the position adjustment device, on the basis of each luminance value in each pixel in the picked-up image picked up by a center area imaging section and moves the light modulator to a position where the center area of the focusing pattern in the picked-up image is focused. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
