摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a fluorescence detector for having high sensitivity, a processing capability for simultaneously observing a plurality of fluorescent spots, and an advantage of a cost. SOLUTION: The fluorescence detector of the invention irradiates a sample with a light so as to cause an aspect ratio of a shape in a light irradiation area on a sample placement plane to be 1±0.1. There are some preferable shapes in the light irradiation area. They are changed in a certain range in response to the optimized item.
