<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof bushing preventing water from intruding into the bushing interior even when the bushing is mounted first to a wire passing hole on a construction face. <P>SOLUTION: Because a holder (separating means) 6 is provided for separating a collar part 8 of a waterproof bushing main body 5 from the construction face 1, when the waterproof bushing 4 is mounted, the collar part 8 of the waterproof bushing 4 is separated from the construction face 1. even when the waterproof bushing 4 is mounted before mounting a rainproof cover 20, rain water flowing, therefore, along the surface of the construction face 1 cannot intrude to the inside of the waterproof bushing 4.
